Features of the RMS Series
3000:
The RMS3000 Second Stage Tire
Assembly Machine is an arrangement of major assemblies consisting of the
belt building drum, tread applier, belt servicer, “inline” transfer system,
carcass shaping station, and stitcher assembly.
Tire Constructions:
These machines are capable of
assembling the second stage package for passenger and light radial tires
with the following features:

Tread over sidewall or sidewall
over tread construction.

Two or three steel belts in a stacked
or pyramid configuration.

Full width cap ply in a single
or double wrap.

Spiral wound cap ply
-
Pre-Cut to length treads.

System
The RMS3000 Second Stage
Tire Assembly System consists of two interconnected building stations.
These stations provide for the building of the belt/tread package and the
assembly of this package to the first stage carcass.
