Tire Manufacturing Equipment Series 2000 First Stage Tire Assembly System For Radial Passenger And Light Truck Tires The RMS2000 Tire Assembly System The RMS2000 First Stage Tire Assembly System consists of an automatic shoulder drum tire building machine in conjunction with an innovative stationary component servicer. The design and manufacture of this equipment was prompted by a serious need in the tire industry to improve upon the traditional approach to the assembly of the first stage tire carcass. A machine tool approach to the mechanical design coupled with the lastest in electronic controls has provided a machine that will deliver the accuracy and productivity demanded by today's tire manufacturers. Tire Constructions Components are assembled on a conventional radial expanding shoulder building drum. The tire construction can be tread over sidewall or sidewall over tread. The turn up of the plies over the beads can be either all up or one up and one down, depending on the configuration required. The RMS2000 Servicer has the capability of delivering up to eleven individual components which will satisfy all of the normal passenger and light truck radial construction requirements. This unique servicer features innovative designs not available on other machines. The servicer compliments the quality and productivity features of the RMS2000 Tire Building Machine by delivering accurately positioned components with a minimum of distortion. This Servicer can be supplied in several different models to suit your manufacturing requirements.
