Our many years of experience and our understanding of how to control the flow of the rubber assures that you, the customer, will produce an extrudate free of internal stress. The absence of internal stress prevents uncontrollable dimensional change after exit from the die. Our single and multiple cavity heads provide continuous strips, at consistent thickness, that exit the head at the same rate across the full head opening. The design of the cavity or flow channel is crucial for successful extrusion. RMS has developed our superior flow channel design and manufacturing process using the latest CAD/CAM techniques. Preform & Final Dies Preform and final dies are designed based on customer requirements and our many years of experience. RMS develops and supplies all types of rubber extrusion dies from simple plate type final dies to multiple channel preform die systems. Custom Designed Systems RMS prides itself in the quality of our designs and our products.
