Compound / Slab Feeder
These extremely robust and well engineered Compound/Slab Feeders incorporate the following key features:
- Provides controlled feed of tension-free material
- Stand-alone system that operates with any cold feed extruder
- Automatic and manual mode settings
- Optional metal detector with adjustable sensitivity setting
- When metal is detected, the unit reverses to a set position for operator intervention
- An audible alarm is sounded and the material loop allows continuous extruder operation
- Double fold detector to prevent material jam-ups
- Out-of-material detector
