About RMS RMS Equipment Company is a designer and manufacturer of rubber processing equipment for the global rubber and tire industries, specializing in rubber extrusion systems and tire assembly machines. From 1917 through 1993 RMS operated as a division of the following tire companies - The Dominion Tire Company, Uniroyal Ltd., Uniroyal-Goodrich Tire Company, and Michelin. In 1993 RMS Corporation became an independent company, and in 1999 became a member of the Pettibone Tire Equipment Group as RMS Equipment Company.
